yes most of the … yes most of the stuff you can improvise too. i gained 5-7inches in the first month. Then about four more in the next 2months.
but my gain was minimal because my vertical is already really good, and i was only trying to maximize it.

turning your feet inside slightly, it helps me a bit anyway, maybe it’s just the way i jump off 2 feet though.

if you work hard with it, you’ll probably gain like 7 or 8 inches i’m guessing
something that will help you gain is doing like a jumping sport during the time you do your program, like basketball or volleyball or what ever you’re into.
i play vball, but my seasons over so i’m just going to work out all summer and go to the ymca

its so true, whenever you jump up smooth and quick you get alot more lift then when your tired and sluggish

i get about 25” 26 …
i get about 25” 26” on a 2 step approach but then i get like 24” off no approach, kinda wierd lol
