People who know about Vertical Jump Bible! What should i do if i miss a week of training due to injury?
Hey ok well i just started using the vertical jump bible and i am not going to be able to do this weeks workout because i have some pain in my back. So if i miss a week because of injury or in general because of some other reason, what should i do? Should I just continue the same workout the next week or do the one before the one i missed and start there? Thanks for your help.
okay, so when you are injured, take one or two days off then go light for a few days and eventually go back to working one-hundred percent. in order to get an injury, you must have either done something wrong, not stretchered good, or the work out you are dong is not a good one. so figure out which one/ where you went wrong and fix it so you don’t get injured again. good luck. and i hope you feel better.
