thanks for the vid Jacob – very helpful , just wondering if ankle strength and flexibility decreasing after a sprain would decrease my vert – im 5’6” and i used to have about a 28 inch running vert and i could just about get the bottom of the backboard (about 5-6 inches away from rim) and after an ankle sprain which is now fully recovered i cant get the backboard so would i have to do flexibility exercises for my ankle? Also would you know any if necessary? Thanks , Phil

. i’m 6’5″ and when i first found your videos i could barely touch the rim. After just fallowing these you tube videos, not even the actual jump manual, has help tremendously. I’ve probably done about 10 workouts with this information and my vertical is already a good 6-8in higher. even something like this workout which is very easy helps a lot. just trying to jump as high as i want and trying all kinds of Technic’s gets me more higher every work out. thanks for all the info.

ive done lots of experiments with high frequency training.. it is by far the most powerful, but you can abuse it quite easily and end up with some stupid injuries.

  20. i think my vertical …
i think my vertical has increased from trying to dunk.

i did air alert 3 for like 7 weeks, gained like an inch or two

i started throwing up alley oops off the floor and nearly dunking
then i started getting a dunk here, and there every once in a while.

now 2 months after that 7 weeks of aa3 i’m able to go up and push the ball into the rim without alley ooping

any tips to really just like get that last little bit to cram to ball, this is taking a pretty long time!
