i can get rim on 10 ft but i would like to dunk in a year for my senior year.
squat as deep and you can go and then explode and jump as high as you can. also calf raises work. alot of torque when you jump comes from your stomach area so sit-ups will also help

You need to look into Plyometrics – aka: Jump training.
P90x has a great Plyometric routine – or you can look for more info online.
