I would like to increase my vertical leap and I wanted to know what to focus on strenghening and stretching for flexability.
Yes definitely quadriceps but your hamstrings are also a big part of it

Quads and calves!!! Hands down!! Training of these two muscles is absolutely necessary for the vertical jump!
