    @papacrosseye those are some good exercises people can do, but it won’t work for everyone. The Jump Manual goes into a lot more detail, giving a lot more options and plans for different people, as well at nutritional info to enhance and quicken the process.

    You haven’t read the book, so you can’t give a recommendation or non-recommendation.

    i didn’t get the book. but what i did was every night i started to do leg exercises, and in less than a week i was able to dunk. What i did was : 1) Stretch,2) Hop on the tips of my toes 30 times,3) do the same thing but on one foot at a time, 4) Do planks,5) Hop across my room on the tips of my toes (One foot at a time) 6) and did 30 Crunches
    i also did those break dancing things where you hold one leg and jump through it for fun.
    So i wouldnt recommend the book

    at 282 pounds i would bet my life you cannot touch rim but if you want to dunk you need to lose like 50-80 pounds

So if you are tired of all these fake gimmicks and want the truth add me and view my increase vertical jump video!!! I guaruntee if you do this exercise correctly you will be dunking!
