@chasecurtiss Hi Chase, I've noticed that my vertical decreased after doing air alert and i was wondering if you could recommend some exercises that i could do to regain what i've once had before. Thanks.

Hey Chase, how are you doing man? I'm doing squats with a MEDICINE BALL. I'm planning to do the 5-5-5 squats. 1st set - normal speed. 2nd set - quick down, slow up. 3rd set - slow down slow up. And i will also be doing Lunge Matrix to train my lower body strength. But while doing it, i will be carrying 2 dumbells, each at one hand at the same time. Do you think these exercises are good to increase my vertical? Even if it is, will they stunt my growth? Hope to hear from you soon!

Cheers,bro.

@comecomecome11 I would focus on making sure you can perform these exercises perfectly without weight, meaning your ankle knee hip are always perfectly in line and you are perfectly balanced. If you are younger than 14 or 15 I wouldnt use any weights you can do plenty without the weights and you likely cannot do these movements without some error and the weights only increase the risk of injury

@LiLAbdi97 It is likely because you overloaded your body before it was ready and caused injury or you have become less flexible or stable causes a decrease in your vertical. We will have our full length vertical video out very soon.

@13Kryptonite Hard to make a general statement its different for everyone. Some will see immediate results with flexibility and stability exercises, but for real strength gains it take at least 4-6 weeks to see even the slightest changes.
