  1. i was thinking what if i did suicides with 3-5lb ankle weights on will that make me faster?
    or should i do my basketball practice with ankle weights on?

    @mambaized: I am not sure what you are asking. The dots are just locations on the floor, their shape does not matter.

  4. are the 4 outer dots shaped like a square? do they have the same space between each side?

    @mambaized: You want your feet to be no wider than hip width. The goal is to start slow then become as quick as possible with short movements!

  12. for this drill, how far apart would the dots be? do u do it as explosively as possible?

  13. when i was finished the first session of this workout i´m done soo tired
