i was thinking what if i did suicides with 3-5lb ankle weights on will that make me faster?
or should i do my basketball practice with ankle weights on?
u see horizantly, the dots are supposed to be shoulder wide, how about vertically?
@mambaized: I am not sure what you are asking. The dots are just locations on the floor, their shape does not matter.
are the 4 outer dots shaped like a square? do they have the same space between each side?

Do you land on your foot or your toes?
@mambaized: You want your feet to be no wider than hip width. The goal is to start slow then become as quick as possible with short movements!
also do u do this in reps?
for this drill, how far apart would the dots be? do u do it as explosively as possible?
