My question is, if I can do 30squat jumps before lactic builds up and I collapse, how should I do them (reps/sets) and the rest time recommend between each sets. My aim is to build up explosive power for sprinting. Last thing, must I train cardio?</p>

<p>- Go to a gym and begin on a plyometric training program. Plyometrics is a program wherein you replicate sports motions with extra weight resistance. Focus on replicating explosive movements (jumping motions) while holding heavy weights.</p>
<p>- Another one of the exercises to increase vertical jumps is by putting yourself in a habitual program of jump workouts in the company of the basketball hoop.
