Should start some plyometrics for jumping?
I have been doing jumpsoles for 3 weeks and I haven’t gained anything yet but I noticed that I jump faster then I did before, its also easier to jump quick off just my calves when reaching for an unexpected rebound, and I am a bit quicker then before. My current vertical is 33 inches and I am 5’8" tall.
