Should I add plyometrics to my workout routine?

I read somewhere that I should be squatting atleast 150% of my body weight before doing plyometrics, but I think I should start doing them now. Are there any suggestions or comments?

Because plyometrics do stress the muscles and tendons more than concentric exercises they must be added to a training program gradually to allow for proper adaptation.

  1. Plyometrics are great for building hip muscels. Start now and you will be more fit then you ever thought possible. They are good sports training
