A pullup bar or … A pullup bar or something that acts like a pullup bar is a must to develop your back muscles. You can use resistance bands to mimic the exersice from pullups but doing actual pullups using a pullup barbis much more effective. Pushups work your chest not your back, get yourself a pullup bar and “bring it”
Hey lifter i gotta … Hey lifter i gotta question for ya, do you Absolutely need a chin up bar or something along those lines? do you think i could sub it for something else? push up’s or something?

I just started P90X … I just started P90X this Thursday. I did Plyo two days ago and it made me throw up afterward. It was probably the worst physical pain I’ve ever experienced, but I LOVED IT SO MUCH. Looking forward to doing Yoga here later.
Just make sure to … Just make sure to take it easy and do not over do it. Also there is a lower impact version that one of the ladies does in the video. I would suggest starting out following her lead to see if it hurts or tweaks your ankle, if it does stop and give cardioX a try its even lower impact. There are options so keep that in mind and let me know if you need additional help. That is what I am here for.
KEEP AT IT! PLYO is … KEEP AT IT! PLYO is very hard! Just like Tony says do your best and forget the rest. This is really important, just keep doing it and you will get better and better. My first time ever doing plyo I had to push pause after every set and take a 10-15 sec breather, no to mention I also puked my brains out! Just keep at it and pace yourself. Plyo will make a huge difference in stamina.
It forces you to … It forces you to keep good form! You cannot slack with the chair in front of you because you will hit it. It also causes you to swing your leg the same distance and height each time. Consistency is key
i wanna start with … i wanna start with p90x in a couple weeks but i dont know if i can do the plyo workout?!living on the 3rd floor and i think my neighbour who lives underneath me will kick my butt when start jumping around for an hour
My basketball team … My basketball team does P90x Plyo atleast twice a week for conditioning. Talk about pain. I thought I was gonna die after the first month, but I got the hang of it.
