Does mixing heavy squats with plyometrics bad when increasing my vertical jump?

One day i do plyometrics then the next day i go to the weight room and do squats and other machines

that is very bad for you. You honestly cannot do explosive workouts, whether it is plyometrics or lifting more than 3 times a week, and never back to back days. You can combine them in one days workout or do 2 days lifting and one plyos or the other way around. If you really want to maximize your vertical potential, do that 3 times a week, get plenty of protein after workouts, have perfect from, explosiveness and quality reps over endurance and quantity reps, and stretch and improve core strength on off days.
