    then you ain’t doing it right. this is plyo, not a stamina excersize. it’s about muscular twitchyness, not fighting fatigue.

    plyo’s are best done with your heart-rate already up.

    but then everyone’s physical system’s different.

    @laurin1510 No worrys man. I dont get how doing 10 reps for specific exercise would get my heart rate up enough. i do this exercise and doing it for 2 to 3 minutes is much better for me but each to there own :)

    @benjos001 sorry for that one! just wanted to say that it isn’t the point to do that 3 min straight! to get quicker, and that is the goal of plyometrics, you have to do it for like 10 reps at maximum intensity and than rest for a minute or two and than do it again.

    the point is not to make it easy for myself! the point is getting as much results as you can possibly get out of this drill!
