Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t depth jumps supposed to also improve your muscle contraction? From what I know, dead landings/shock drop (not bounching up) first off put alot of strain to the legs, and second; since the exercise is made to improve your muscle contraction I believe you’re supposed to bounce IMMEDIATELY as soon as you hit the ground with the balls of your feet.
@thefuture067 depends on where your plyometric ability is at now. people who already have a good plyometric ability dont get the inchs as quick. but if you’ve never dont them before or have low plyometric ability then you should expect to gain inches in a week or two
