    They can only if your younger as in 14 or 15 and under they can harden your growth plates. As can doing heavy stretching mostly static stretching but dynamic strenching can as well.

    what do recommend for a weak knee i got some issues with it ,doesn’t really hurt it just makes popping and cracking noises every time i contract it like going up stairs is one good example its kinda loud, u see i was really overweight but my love for basketball got me out of that ive lost 30 ponds and now am at 250 pounds standing at 6’2

    Are his legs contracted (tight) the whole time? what percent or scale (a lot, not much, or a little) of your lower back is used in this jump and generic jumps?

    that depends what you are jumping for, b ball or athletics? If you use these exercises 3xweek for 4-6 weeks your body should have adapted to the new movement. This combined with good leg strength in the squat is the best combination, simon hunt.
