Plyometrics question.?
Well on my other question someone so uselessly pointed out that plyometrics are used mostly for sports conditioning. I am in fact starting training for basketball. So all i want to know is are plyometrics going to cause me to bulk up, or are they going to tone muscle?
Should not really do one over the other. Your muscles will be learning how to develop explosive strength and quickness for your sport. Great for preseason training.

Well i recently started some plyometrics. I think (not sure) they should help you develop strength (or bulk up). It’s used for explosion over endurance so yeah it makes sense that you would bulk up.
