    wow….trying real hard to be mr. knowledgeable aren’t we? first, the guy’s asking whether reps=jumps, not wat a rep is. secondly, you would say 3 SETS of 10 reps, not “3 reps of 10″…..unless you’re from canada in which case you already know everything is backwards.

    not really, reps are just doing a certain workout method a number of times, like say chest press, 3 reps of 10, you do 10 chest press 3 times, do 10 press then break, do 10 more, break, then 10 more and finished
