    As a general rule …
    As a general rule 48 – 72 hours rest is best. If you are still experiencing DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) you shouldn’t workout either, BUT sometimes you may not feel sore at all and still need recovery. The best approach is recording performance on jumps and lifts, and a decline in performance is a fairly sure sign of over training. Remember that you can over train muscles, tendons, and your central nervous system.

    if i wont feel sore than how do i know how much time does it take to fully recover from it? In strength training when i feel soreness i dont go to the gym the very next day….Does that mean that i can do plyos everyday?
