<description>Okay all who are interested I&#039;m going to start a blog soon about basketball, skills, development, how to approach the game. To include different exercises. I have much knowledge about the game that I would like to share with all who are interested in learning. My background is I was a high school All American, played college ball, and was going to play in London but got injured. I have taught my nephew to play he was a high school All American, as well as Indiana Mr. Basketball. I am now working on my two sons. My approach to the game is to make kids better through skill development and mental toughness.

I will keep you posted when I have everything up and running. I will also have a few trainers as guess speakers.

Stairs seems to work wonders, jumping rope, power cleans are great as well dead lifts These will give you explosiveness
