ive been debating on wether to use ‘athletic quickness’ resistance bands to make me faster since they have a reasonable website to use resistance bands or to use jumpsoles to gain speed doing plyometrics. plz answer with your personal experiance. thank you from miinisota

  1. I play football and we do plyometrics in the offseason. It makes you more explosive and faster and helps to condition your legs.
