ive tried air alerts and only got threw 6 weeks… got a few inches and can hang on the rim but got bad knee pain from the workouts

  1. use ankle weights it worked for me… I’m 5″6 and can reach the rim with both hands. But you should be careful though. Don’t use it during the actual game. I sprained both my ankles because of it.

    use it when you are warming or jogging. You will be as light as a feather after.

  2. deadlifts, squats, wallsits, toe raises, calve raises, jump boxes, jump rope,sprints, power bounds,dot excercises, and stretch for a ridiculous amount of time and it will equal dunk if you are already close.
