    its a great program.. however meal plan regulates your fat loss.. input = output!

    First, thank you for all of the videos. I’ve really taken an interest in fitness over the past year and your videos have been helping me add onto my current plan. I’m currentely doing P90X, and getting great results. I’m sticking to the nutrition plan, eating healthy &often, but I would still like to shed a bit more fat, as theres still a small layer covering the stomach. P90X isn’t a ‘weight loss’ program, so Cardio is limited. What are your thoughts on the program?

    MEAL PLAN?! Weren’t you eating peanut butter bagels for breakfast once?! Haha jk. I know it’s for protein, plus you have the muscle mass to burn those calories off quick. But still it would be nice to just eat those and lose weight. I got a gym membership for Christmas (I asked for it) I mean how embarrassing would that be if I didn’t. Now that the holidays are over I really need to get back on the band wagon.
