will these plyometric excercises help me in fotball (cornerback posistion)?
explosive squats
box jacks: 5lbs med ball
jump and stbalize:
i jump on one foot and turn halfway around
Jump in air, knees to chest then push ups
jump in air with butt kicks
scicsor lunge: 5lbs med ball
cross over:
start in 4 pt stance cross one legg and rotate it to oppisite hand
one leg jump and tuck:
jump on one leg and bring same leg up to chest
Any plyo will help you. It sounds like you have some good ones. Leaving the ground and coming back down and balancing helps a great deal. You can do some:
jump squats
tire runs
Jump lunges
Heisman jumps (? it’s heisman something, I forget)
Jump on one foot in the shape of a cross
There are others but I’m brain farting right now. I hope these few help.
