I wouldn’t say this is a typical pro MMA strength and conditioning circuit. Based on the direction of the coach and the available equipment, an MMA fighter can be properly conditioned without the tires or atlas stones. The fact that this equipment is present only enhances the training by throwing some different variables.

it’s called a vertimax. there are several versions on the market. the one he is using is the v6 standard.

small tires in the neighborhood of 200-250 lbs……bigger one 300-350 lbs
