Does anyone know a good plyometric routine?
I am looking to develop better explosiveness and power in my legs, and want to know if anybody has a good plyometric workout plan. I’m trying to supplement my training in thai boxing for quicker legs and gymnastics higher vertical jumps.

Yea, do 10 sets of these. 20 yrd spacing between each. Do frog hopps, barrel jumps, and then one leg hopps. You can also do box jumps if you have something that is sturdy enough for you to jump up and down on.

I have a very rigorous workout for you, it is from beach body.com, and the plan is called p90X. It is amazing! This will give you a better workout then you could ever think of. It costs 100 dollars but it truly is amazing. I kinda wanted to keep it a secret, because the results are incredible, but I realized the more healthy and happier people in this world the better!
