  17. and to continue …
and to continue that, when you get down to the basics calories in < calories out = cut. Its really irrelevant where or when or how you get your calories, because if you burn them you burn them.

There are BETTER ways to do it, better foods to eat richer in more important nutrients, and ways to trick your metabolism, but in the end if you don’t diet properly (such as starving yourself for 6-10 hours, then another 1.5-2 hours after HIIT) that would seem counterproductive, right?

  18. Actually both of …
Actually both of those ‘facts’ are debate-able at best. You treat high intensity interval training as you do weight training.

So in that vein, you A: want to have food in your body (after 6-10 hours of starvation!!) so you can actually perform a decent workout.

and B: you want to eat something after your workout like whey + BCAA to avoid muscle breaking down even more.

HIIT is not regular cardio, and the effects on your metabolism are much longer lasting than the ‘norm’ and you can eat postwo

  19. can’t wait until …

anw , the AE intro sucks xD
    just kidding :w

  21. thats not right …
thats not right you’re meant to eat straight after a workout as soon as possible to help nurish your muscles and help recover. your body will demolish a meal straight after a workout. if you wait an hour to eat after intense training like this then your body starts eating into muscle and other things. this making you feel tired, fatigued and other things.

  22. Start off with the …
Start off with the normal basic jump.
Once you can do a 100 of that in high intensity, then move on to the single and double step slowly.
    Then slowly increase the speed.
I can’t do the single and double step as fast as he can either, and that’s what I’m planning on doing.
