I see this question all the time, I am a sophmore in college, I play SF for my team. As much as I would love to jump higher, the one thing that has helped me the most is just simply running. Is this just me or do you guys agree?
And if there is some awsome program that works let me know lol

as a high jumper, its easy for me to jump of one foot.
i jump with my left foot because i kick with my right.

ive been working on increasing my vertical jump for basketball & the one excercise that works is to stand straight up and just raise up on your tippytoes& go back down flat footed. i do that about 100X’s a day and ive seen alot of improvement so far
