Chris Krueger introduces the TSC Plyometrics program, “Dynamite Legs.” It focuses on increasing explosive power and our ability to run faster and jump higher. If you want increase your vertical jump, decrease your 40 yard dash time or improve your quickness and agility “Dynamite Legs” can help. Chris demonstrates the Dynamite Legs circuit with proper form in this brief tutorial.

Week 1

15 Speed Squats
15 Body weight Lunges
10 Lateral Cone Hops
10 Alternating Leg Box Jumps
10 Squat Jumps

30 second Recovery between exercises.

    Hey man, I have one question. I do realize you do about 10-15 reps each.

    But like how many sets?
    I do like 400-300 calve raises every other day and like 100 squats. My jumps definitely got higher from that.

    I want to try your method, so please respond.
