    yes height is a big factor n dunking..ive always been taller than alot of ppl so i dont no wat it feels like to be short..but i actully use to wear a book bag wit stuff n it to add weight n juss keep jumping..n i started dunkin at 6″ now im 6″5 n i can boom on anyone who stands in my way

    Height is a big factor, obviously it WILL be harder for you to dunk, to be explosive, to get above that rim.

    But it’s not impossible, don’t let yourself be discouraged.

    does height really matter when jumping? i mean im like 5 ft 3 at the age 15. Im really short and i can barely jump to touch a 8 ft 5 rim. I get discouraged a lot and im trying harder to jump but i dont get results fast. Im eating more carbs and protein now a days and healthier but sometimes i just feel like quitting….

    it sure lose weight but you have to eat less or more fruit if u dont.

    It gives u a little hop u have to do some squats etc and 100m dash. but to lose weight i reccomend just running many many miles day in and out

    No, that’s not truth because when you use a jump rope and you jumping a rope for like 30 seconds as fast as you can you’re going to get results my friend. but you have to do more exercises than that but the jumpmanual really help people to get 10 inch in 12 weeks !!!

    Jumping rope only helps to a minimal extent. In order to jump higher, you have to increase your “explosive” power in all the muscles from your waist down. If you’re jumping rope, and jumping as high and hard as you can during your efforts….it will help your vertical leap, as you’re using all your explosive energy, and therefore, creating small muscle tears….which when given proper rest, will heal and make these muscles stronger. I hope I made that easy to understand, lol

    dude im 16 years old !!! im only 5’8ft . as right now i got got 32 or 33 in. of vertical!!
    im a member of track and feild , i can run a 100m dash in low 11s !!!! Is there any workout that u perfor me 2 do on dayly basise 2 help me reach a higher vertical ??? if u do please let me know thx…!!!

    weights, weighted vests, etc. will NOT keep you from growing. just think of little kids helping with groceries, jumping (incredible forces there too), taking out garbage, doing push ups, etc…….

    it doesn’t work that way. it’s a myth. just start using weights and you will dominate by 18. guaranteed.
