How do I jump higher for cheer jumps?
Our cheer tryouts are in a month and I really need to perfect my jumps. I know I can get my legs really high since I’m extremely flexible, and I get them super high on the trampoline. What are some good daily exercises to gain strength in my legs so I can jump higher?
Also, do I need to workout any other muscles?

leg ups! sit in a staddle on the floor and lift your legs up and bounce them in the air! dont use your hands or back to help, just you legs! its really hard at first but after awhile it will feel good. do 3 reps of 25.keep an inch between your legs and floor and never let them hit the ground


high kicks are great.
do them untill you feel sore.
