    first if I’m training a beginner I would not have them start at 220 yards, that is too long something short between 30m-100m using proper mechanics as well. Jumping higher my 5 year can jump higher than her check out the video on my page, you can what me jump over a 39″ hurdle. She can’t do a real knee tuck jump, please. Mountain climbers will not help you jump higher, SQUAT!! Hill sprints will help you run faster and jump higher.

    wut r u saying nublet … if u run 200m more than 1 times as hard as u can u will faint right away … dont listen to this video . This will get u faster however u wont be able to breath for 15 minutes after ur 2nd 100% effort.

    this is a good video, just maybe too much mountain climbers, and too little jumps, if you do to much repetitions acid can damage your vertical, when you do this jumps take about 4 x 30 jumps and jump as high and strong as you can, without that no vertical. c-ya

    These vids are waaay too short. In order to show an exercise properly u need at least 1-2 minutes PER exercise. She is leaving a couple of vital pointers out.
