What are good exercises to increase vertical leap?
I am 15 years old, 6′ 2", and unsurprisingly my favorite sport in the world is basketball. I am hoping to be at least grabbing the rim by next year if not rustily dunking it. I can’t touch rim yet but i come within inches and i weigh 140 pounds. What is the quickest most effective way of increasing vertical jump between seasons?
Calf raises. grab two weights your comfortable with go on a elevated surface and do 5 sets of 10 reps or whatever your comfortable with. If you want to isolate each calf do it on just one leg. But make sure you get an equal amount of workout to both.
