Now that it’s getting warm i will be posting more workout videos folks…be patient. A tutorial video on how to increase your vertical. Starting with the basics and as the athlete gets stronger the workout difficulty increases. teaching proper form for power, agility, strength, and stability to increase vertical leap. Eventually gaining the power to dunk a basketball, or high jump, long jump, triple jump..play soccer, football or whatever requires explosive leaping ability.

    Man, I’m basically the same height as you, 5’11” and 16 years old. Most of the exercises he shows you in the first video and even this video excludes using any type of special equipment, obviously except for using a medicine ball, but other then that you really don’t need any “special equipment” – Just follow the stuff he shows you and you should see a difference, I know I have.

  13. DO NOT GO PAST 90 …
    DO NOT GO PAST 90 DEGREES ON THE ONE LEGGED SQUAT! Everyone has heard when you do lunges don’t let your knee go past your toe, pause the video when he is doing one legged squats and is at the bottom. Going past 90 degrees on a one legged squat is TERRIBLE for your knee.

    thx for putting this up im 6’4 and been looking for a way to up my vert. ur instructions are really easy to follow. a lot of these drills i did all the time in hs but that was years ago and ive stopped working out as much. u think u can make an at home series its kinda hard for me to get to a gym for the jump drills
