I would like to know the best way to increase my vertical and shooting tips, since my mid to long range game is horrible. Blocking and Ballhandling tips as well. Thanks in advance for your help.

Well ia m not sure about blocking, that is all in timing and hops. But just practicing dribbling and doing new stuff like walk down the court as if you were just walking normally and every step you take, go between the legs. also try dribbling with tennis balls. for shoting, you have to practice correctt form and try to put spin on the ball by flicking your wrist as you release, try laying on the ground with a ball a pretend your shooting by just flicking your wrist and putting backspin on the ball. for vert, you can look online, some exercises that work are squats,lunges,jump rope,calfraises, and just jumping and trying to touch things that are higher and higher.
Increase vertical – build leg muscles.

Ballhandling – do drills like run fast while dribbling the ball, dribble 2 balls at once, etc.
Most improtantly, practice, and watch the pros do it too.
