    get some orthotics for your shoes. i used to have heel and arch pain and then i got insoles and never againn

    I play volleyball and my club teams been practicing pretty intensely for the past couple weeks and i guess my “facia” are starting to become painful after i take my court shoes off at the end of practice..are any problems with my feet?

    Dont know, but I heard that if u have flat feet, they dont take you to army, but that a plus right? Also, people who have flat feet arent recomended to play any sports.
    When kids are little they should be taken to the doctors. They do foot massages, exercises, so the feet will be normal again

    and there you go. I’m certain that vertical leap has much more to do with muscular composition than the skeletal anatomy. look at guys like LeBron James. its all in the muscular capacity. and to xGoC, i’d be surprised too (to see someone that height up hitting)

    coach selby i have a another question.. say ur 5’8 and u have very quick feet (agility) and u become 6 2 do your quick feet get less quick because your legs are longer? another question is how can i grow taller i know u just said there isnt a way but i found a couple ways to is there a way to grow taller please respond thannk you
