It is used in quickness training. It’s like a strap on both ankles and there’s like a garter that pulls your ankles together. It is NOT ankle weights. It isn’t weights at all. I have a 29 inch vertical and have only lifted weights for a year. i heard this can help with explosivness and add at least a few inches. One day i do plyometrics then the next day i go to the weight room and do squats and other machines Just don’t over do it. You don’t want to end up with weak and painful knees. Weight lifting is very helpful, though.
